Witam w środowy wieczór! Co powiecie na proste kartki świąteczne? To już ostatnie, które zrobiłam w zeszłym roku. Mimo że wyglądają na totalnie proste i łatwe, to nie do końca takie były. Chodziło o to, aby nie były zbyt proste. Chodziło o to, aby uchwycić delikatność i elegancję.

Brzegi papieru bazowego oraz papieru z napisem lekko postrzępiłam, aby forma nie była całkiem zwyczajna. Użyłam tekturek ze sklepu wycinanka.net. Srebrne motywy są ozdobione brokatem, a połączenie zieleni i czerwieni z dodatkiem złota to pomysł mojego męża. Właściwie to on wymyślił kartkę z choinką, a że to połączenie kolorów bardzo mi się spodobało, to wykorzystałam je w kartce z jemiołą.

Hello on this Wednesday evening! What do you think about simple Christmas cards? These are the last one I made last year. Even though they look very simple and easy to make, they weren't that really. It was about they shoudn't look too easy. It was all about their delicacy and elegance.

I frayed a little the basic paper and paper pieces with inscriptions, so the cards don't look so simply. i used cardboard cut-outs from wycinanka.net. Silver motifs was made with glitter and combination of green and red with addition of gold was my husbands idea. Actually he was the one who "made" the card with the Christmas tree and I really came to like it, so I used the same colours combination in the card with mistletoe.
